Standard Fill • 60%+ Retention
You have extensions on at least every other lash, no gaps!
Service Description
Please note that you must have at least 60% or more lashes remaining to qualify for this fill. This option is for those who have ideal retention and need the standard amount of time to be filled. How to determine which fill to choose all of the following must apply to qualify for that fill: Quick Fill 75%+ Retention: -You have extensions on every 2 out of every 3 lashes. -Your set still looks like when you first got them filled, just barely lighter. Standard Fill 60%+ Retention: -You have extensions on every other lash. -Your set still looks full and still has shape with NO gaps missing. Extended Fill 40%+ Retention: -You have extensions on 1 out of every 3 lashes -It's been less than 4 weeks since your last fill. Anything over 4 weeks is a full set. -Your set still has its foundational shape just not as dense as when you first got them done. -Your lashes are NOT grown out noticeably or looking like a hot mess (those lashes will need to be removed and replaced so they do not count as retention). -IF YOU HAVE BIG GAPS AND/OR CAN COUNT HOW MANY LASHES YOU HAVE LEFT, IT IS A FULL SET. *Fills are for maintenance NOT reconstruction. Please keep that in mind when selecting your fill type.*
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling/Cancellations/No-shows: At Benevolent Beauty, our mission is to provide services with benevolence, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have established a straightforward cancellation and rescheduling policy to accommodate such instances. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without any charges. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment between 23 and 48 hours before your appointment time, you will automatically be charged 50% of your appointment total. For cancellations or rescheduling less than 23 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to serve all our clients efficiently. Late Arrival: At Benevolent Beauty, we strive to provide exemplary service to all our clients in a welcoming and respectful environment. To ensure this, it is crucial for all our clients to respect their scheduled appointment times. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your delay. You may still attend for the remaining time of your appointment slot. However, if you do not show up for the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Your cooperation helps us manage our schedule efficiently and provide the best experience for all our clients. Refunds: At Benevolent Beauty, our mission is to offer you exceptional services in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Due to the nature of our services, we do not issue refunds once a service has been rendered. However, if any issues arise with the results of your service, we are committed to finding a suitable resolution. Our team will assess the situation and work diligently to ensure your satisfaction.
